Charlestown’s attractive harbour frequented by tall ships and Shipwreck Heritage Museum are just a short stroll from this attractively furnished first floor apartment set in a historic site with adjacent waterwheel. Several pubs and restaurants can be found within walking distance and the main shopping centre of St Austell is approximately 1.5 miles away. Several sandy beaches dot the coastline and are easily accessible with watersports at Porthpean and three golf courses and a cycle trail at Pentewan. The Eden Project the National Trust property at Lanhydrock the quaint harbour of Mevagissey and the cathedral city of Truro are just a short drive. Shops and pubs 0.25 miles.
