Ideal for families with its pretty garden to play in & selection of books, games, tv/video & open plan downstairs so cook can be part of what's going on. Excellent for friends with its extra quiet seating area upstairs if some want to watch tv while others prefer to read or listen to the radio. Choice of shower or bath.
