The Hayloft

The hayloft - a stunning barn conversion for 2 people (please note bedroom and bathroom upstairs in this property). A modern contemporary finish to this 300 year old building but it retains its character with exposed oak beams in the upper floor whilst having eco friendly central heating etc, full kitchen facilities,breakfasting and dining areas, outdoor patio with furniture with uninterupted views towards the Cumbrian Fells. Awarded 4 stars by the Tourist Board - simply superb. Leisure suite - on site for complementary use of our guests we have a separate lodge that houses an 8 person hot tub, infra red sauna, TV / music system, mood lighting etc. Changing and shower facilities etc. - a perfect way to end you day.

Kitchen

This unit has a small fully equipped kitchen - oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc. With a cosy two seat dining annex with views towards the lakeland fells.

Living Room

A large impassive lounge with timber flooring and rugs, leather furniture, wall mounted TV with DVD plus a dining area, stairs lead from here to the upstairs bathroom and bedroom - this makes this the only unit that we have that is considered unsuitable for disabled use.

Other Rooms

The impressive custom built staircase leads to the upstairs landing with exposed oak beams, just off this is a luxury bathroom and a stunning bedroom with feature window.
