Riverside House is a detached, four bedroom (one of the bedrooms is downstairs) property with loads of character and charm. There are exposed stone walls and beams throughout with a fantastic king post truss in the very spacious lounge. There is parking for four cars on a private gated drive and in a separate detached garage. The lawned garden is enclosed and is safe and secure for children and dogs, with a patio area and BBQ. Above the garage is a games room with snooker, pool, table football and table tennis downstairs. The kitchen is hand built with butler sink, large range cooker, two fridges, freezer and a dining table seating 6 plus. The kitchen leads through an open door way to the dining area with an additional dining table and both tables can be moved together to seat 12 or more. There is a spacious hall with additional seating, plenty of storage for coats and boots, with a door leading to a downstairs toilet. Off the hall is the utility with separate washing machine, dryer and overhead clothes airer. The lounge is vast with ample seating for all our guests, a welcoming log burning stove (initial supply of logs provided) and surround sound TV. The downstairs double bedroom is off the lounge. Upstairs are three further bedrooms, two doubles (one ensuite) and a large triple room with three single beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The house is well stocked with books, games, lots of local information and maps.

Kitchen
Hand built wood kitchen with butler sink and elm work surfaces. Ample storage space and very well equipped for all your needs. Large range cooker with double oven, two fridges, one freezer and a dishwasher. The room is spacious and there is ample space around the kitchen table, which seats 6+. A high chair is provided. The kitchen door leads directly out onto the lawned area and drive. Exposed beams and Italian stone flooring.
Living Room
The lounge is huge with a vaulted ceiling and king post truss beam. Solid oak flooring and lovely patio doors leading out onto the patio and lawned area. Four sofas provide ample seating, with a surround sound TV, bookshelves with lots of books and information and a quieter seating area for reading/relaxing. The wood burning stove creates a very cosy atmosphere and we provide the initial supply of logs. There is a fire guard, which can be securely fixed if required.

Utility room (washing machine, dryer and overhead dryer), games room with snooker, pool, table football and table tennis also available, large entrance hall with additional seating, downstairs toilet, dining room with dining table and chairs for 8+ and storage for boardgames.
