The cottage is situated in the tiny village of Yarnscombe near Great Torrington. It is in the heart of rural North Devon but less than 20 minutes drive from Barnstaple. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in North Devon but ideally situated for access to the many beaches and tourist attractions in the area. The cottage was built in 2003 on the site of an old barn which was once part of a working farm. * Parking is easy with plenty of space right outside the front door. * Easily accessible by road - less than 1 hour from the M5 Junction 27. * TWO spacious bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin - sleeps up to 4 people + a baby. * Luxury bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC. * Travel cot and highchair, children's games and puzzles etc. * Bed linen, towels, electricity, hot water and full central heating all included. * Last-minute booking discounts available. * Short breaks available outside the main season. * Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. * Sorry - no pets. * No VAT - no extra charges.
