There are footpaths from the door and a village shop and choice of inns within 2 miles. Clovelly Big Sheep England's oldest golf links an indoor pool good sports facilities Rosemoor RHS Gardens Appledore's art galleries and Atlantic Village are all within a 15 minute drive. Cornish border 12 miles. Easy access to Exmoor and Dartmoor. Eden Project 1½ hours drive.
