Silvan Lodge

At under two miles from: local Union Street shops, coves, and beaches, the Marina, and Aqualand, all local amenities are within strolling distance making this an ideal family holiday home. Silvan Lodge is a large two-storey detached house with a private South facing front garden. The garden is laid to lawn on one side and has a patio area with garden chairs and table on the other side. Two guest off-road parking spaces are available these are situated just beyond Silvan Lodge front garden. The ground floor layout comprising a fully fitted modern kitchen & through lounge is detailed below. The first floor comprises three double-bedrooms see bedrooms description below; an en-suite with an electric shower to the Master bedroom & a family bathroom with a bath & shower attachment. A cot & temporary child gate are provided free of charge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted & modern comprising: washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with integral gas hob, microwave, and a table and two chairs. There is a built in cupboard in the kitchen where an iron, ironing board, cleaning utensils and a hoover are stored.

Living Room

The living room is a stylishly decorated through lounge/diner with: Freeview TV and video player, stereo, three-piece leather suite, and a six place-settings' dining table with chairs. Also available for guests' use is a high chair.

Other Rooms

Silvan Lodge bedrooms The Master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom consisting of an electric walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has fixed bunk beds. A cot & temporary child gate are provided free of charge.
