Beaches at Charmouth & Lyme Regis, Village Post office, Pub & shop 1mile. Market Town of Bridport 6 miles with Supermarkets, Leisure Centre and Shops. Fishing & Golf at West Bay on Jurasic Coast. Suitable for elderly, Children very welcome.

Large lounge/diner 26x13 window one side and patio door other making for very light. Dining table with six dining chairs, three setter settee two easy chairs. Occasional tables, colour TV & DVD, record player with collection, radio. Patio door to own patio, sideboards with storage. Stairs to upstairs en-suite bedroom.
