This property is brand new and utterly contemporary with beautiful furniture and fittings. A very spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a large 32" flatscreen TV, DVD / CD player and Broadband facility.. There are two bedrooms (double and twin) and a family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, Flat screen TV and DVD / CD player. Broadband facility. Dishwasher, Oven and Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Drying Machine, Hairdryers. Available on request (charges apply):- Travel cot (and linen), Highchair. Internet grocery orders can be made prior to arrival. Restrictions:- No smoking. No pets. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Parking:- Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent multi-storey car park.
