The 2 bedroom holiday house (sleeps 4/5) is a very short walk from Poole Quay with all its restaurants/bars and a short drive from the many Poole and Bournemouth beaches. The holiday house is an ideal retreat for young or older couples as well as family’s. The house is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has - Cooker, Dishwasher, Washer, Fridge, freezer, Microwave etc. The lounge/dining area has two 2-seater leather sofas, a glass dining table & 4 chairs. A 26” colour TV with freeview and DVD. A door leads to a small private south facing paved patio area with table & chairs and a reserved parking space or space to keep a small boat, sailboard or cycles. There is a public launching ramp very close by. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, the other with two single beds and a cupboard. A Z-bed or additional mattress can be provided on request for an additional child. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. There are many beaches a short drive away. The beaches include the award winning Sandbanks beach, Canford Cliffs and Branksome Chine all of which are a short drive away. Bournemouth resort with its blue flag beaches and plenty of attractions and facilities is 10 minutes drive away. The unspoilt beaches at Studland can be accessed by the Sandbanks chain link ferry.
