The accommodation consists of a spacious and attractively furnished lounge with exposed beams and a pine clad ceiling. It has a double bed in the sleeping area, and French doors open onto a terrace. There is a bathroom with shower, a large fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table and a further twin bedroom. The cottage has been fully insulated and remains cosy and warm. Heating is by gas and in the twin room and bathroom by electricity. It sleeps 4 adults and a small child.

Kitchen
The kitchen which was completely refurbished in January 2008 is fully fitted with a beech veneer finish. There is a ceramic hob and oven, an integrated fridge and tumble dryer as well as a washing machine and microwave oven. There is a large dining table in the centre of the kitchen and in the ceiling, which is clad in pine, there is a large velux window. The floor has been laid with quarry tiles and there is a Baxi Brazilia gas heater to provide warmth. Water is heated by gas as it flows.
Living Room
The living room, which measures 7 metres x 4.20 metres, has exposed beams, pine clad ceiling and is illuminated by halogen lighting. At one end, which is fitted with carpet is a double bed. This can be divided from the living area by curtain if this is required. Opposite the sleeping area is a French door which opens onto a terrace and the garden with views over the town towards Golf Hill. There is a dining table with four chairs in one corner and in the other a TV with video player and a large collection of videos. There is a lot of natural light provided by a large picture window, a smaller window on the same wall and the French door. Between the two windows is a Welsh Dresser.
