Dining Area: Comfortably seats six with French doors opening to the garden and patio. Utility Room: With stable door, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1: Ground floor. King size bed with French doors leading to garden. En-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Ample storage facilities. Bedroom 2: Ground Floor. Double bed. Ample storage facilities. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 3: Spiral staircase leading to bedroom. Two single beds, en-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Garden: Completely private with an enclosed patio and garden furniture, barbecue and a floodlit feature well (securely covered). Parking: Ample private off road parking. Cot and high-chair are available on request. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement. Oil fired central heating. Large selection of books and board games. All bed linen, duvets, towels, and toiletries are included in the charge. All fuel and power (including logs for wood burning stove) is included in the charge. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk and shortbread is also provided for your arrival.
