This three bedroom apartment sleeps six to eight people. It has a very central location in the heart of the city, next to the Assembly Rooms, in one of Edinburgh’s premier streets. George Street offers the visitor a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants on their doorstep. Situated on the 3rd Floor (no lift) this was once two apartments which have now been joined together via a small service corridor to provide accommodation in one large L-shaped apartment with many original Georgian features which adds to its charm.

There is a large dining kitchen with a table that seats eight and a large double oven and hob making this an excellent base for those wishing to eat in. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookware are provided. There is a dishwasher.

The living room has beautiful Georgian plasterwork and lovely rich wooden floors and woodwork. A pretty fireplace provides a focal point to this cosy room.
