A 'B' listed building converted to flats from its origin as a school, quiet but central accommodation in an unusual setting is offered. The former school playground is now a garden and private car park. Flat accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Electrically heated with night storage heaters. The Royal mile is about half a mile from the flats making the Castle, Holyrood Palace, the new Scottish Parliament all within a stroll. Access to Holyrood Park is via a footpath adjacent to the entrance to the flats. There are good walks with great views of the city and its surrounds to be had within the park. Views of Arthur's Seat are stunning, particularly from the balcony at the front of the building.
