The flat is directly across the road from the East Bay Beach and has a spectacular panoramic outlook of the bay, the Bass Rock, Craigleith and over to Fife. Car parking is available in Melbourne Road or round the corner in nearby car park. Bed linen and fuel costs are included in the weekly rent. Additional front garden with bench seat to allow you to enjoy the spectacular view across the Firth of Forth.

Kitchen

This very recent bright new kitchen complete with breakfast bar looks out to sea and is well equipped with Neff double oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, microwave. Good cupboard accommodation and the kitchen leads out to side garden via French doors. At the other end it leads into the lounge. Meals can either be eaten at the breakfast bar or at the dining end of the lounge again looking out over the Firth of Forth.

Living Room

Spacious lounge, again looking out to sea, is well catered for with plenty of seating, TV, DVD, hi-fi, display shelving and floor standing unit. There is a dining area at the window where you can eat your meals, if you wish, while you look out to sea, relax and watch the world go by

Other Rooms

The bathroom is very new and luxurious complete with large, luxury walk-in shower. As well as central heating in the bathroom there is also under floor heating.
