A traditional 19th century cottage with a large garden to the rear, Eden Cottage has four bedrooms, one double, one twin, one single, and one with a large cot. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and there is also a separate dining room and two public rooms, one with colour TV, video, DVD & Hi-Fi. The adjacent garage and drive provide parking for two cars. Situated in the quiet Fife village of Ladybank, a few minutes drive from the market town of Cupar, the cottage is convenient for trains calling at Ladybank Station, giving easy access to Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth. Places to visit include the East Neuk fishing villages and the mediaeval university town of St Andrews with its cathedral, castle, museums, golf courses, swimming pool and Sea Life Centre. Nearby is Falkland Palace, a favourite of Mary Queen of Scots, Hill of Tarvit Mansionhouse, and Rankeilour Park, home of the Scottish Deer Centre. Ladybank Golf Course is used for qualifying rounds when the Open is at St Andrews, and St Andrews, Perth and Dundee are all within 30 minutes drive.

Kitchen
The large kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic-hob electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble drier. For informal dining there is a breakfast bar with stools, although many guests prefer to use the separate dining room.
Living Room
There are two comfortable living rooms, one with TV, DVD, video and Hi-fi and a large selection of family games and videos, and the other with an open fire and an excellent selection of books.
Other Rooms
One of the living rooms can be used for family games and entertainment, while the other provides quiet comfort for reading and conversation.
