Number 14 has good sized Regency rooms with original features and high ceilings giving a light, airy and spacious feel throughout the house. Beautiful reception rooms, cool White Company style décor and wonderful views over Montpellier Gardens make this property extra special. Individually designed, the house is homely and welcoming and has all the luxury and practical extras you’d expect of a 5* Gold Award property. There’s a first floor drawing room with high windows overlooking the gardens, a large contemporary kitchen/diner that comes fully stocked for those who want to cook and a formal dining room at the front if you wish to eat in elegant style. Four lovely bedrooms, situated over 2 floors, wait above. The two master bedrooms are enormous with golden carpets running throughout, beautiful furniture and furnishings, the odd armoire and super comfy beds dressed in crisp white bedlinen. Both these bedrooms also enjoy smart ensuite shower rooms. The two smaller bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath/shower. There’s also a downstairs cloakroom, a small laundry on the first floor, TVs in 3 of the rooms and WiFi throughout. Three of the bedrooms have Vi-Spring zip and link beds which can be made as super kingsize doubles
