Tyddyn Sydney Bach is a Visitwales 4* award-winning self-catering garden studio cottage for two people. The cottage is located in the secluded grounds of a larger cottage in the village of Treborth between the internationally famous Britannia and Menai Bridge crossing to Anglesey The accommodation has an open plan kitchen/lounge/bedroom with a separate shower room furnished and equipped to high standards. Facilities include modern storage heaters, LCD colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, fitted kitchen with combination microwave oven, gas hob, dining table and chairs. Towels and bed linen are supplied. Laundry services are available at cost. Outside there are wooden garden table and chairs with parasol. Treborth is on the outskirts of the University City of Bangor with her Victorian Pier, Port Penrhyn and beautiful Cathedral where Deiniol founded his monastic community in 525 AD. Edward I's world heritage site castles of Beaumaris, Caernarfon, Harlech and Conwy together with the Stately homes of Plas Newydd, Penrhyn Castle and Faenol are close to hand. Faenol now home to the annual Bryn Terfel's Faenol Music Festival. Whether you want beaches, mountains, culture, outdoor pursuits, narrow-gauge railways or simply a romantic break, Tyddyn Sydney Bach is the ideal location with easy access to both major roads (close to junction 9 of the A55) and rail links (Bangor Station) This is a NON - SMOKING property and we regret that we do not accept any pets.

Kitchen

The open plan fitted kitchen contains fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dining table and chairs made up with cotton table cloth and serviettes. The cupboards contain crockery, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards, slow cooker, corkscrew, salt and pepper pots complete with salt and pepper, pots and pans. It even has the proverbial kitchen sink complete with washing up bowl, liquid and mop!

Living Room

The open plan carpeted lounge contains two easy chairs and coffee table complete with brass table lamp. LCD Colour TV with Freeview and a DVD Player.

Other Rooms

The bedroom has a hand-made pine double bed which is made up with 4 pillows and duvet. There is also a pine double wardrobe and a pine chest of drawers/dressing table with mirrors and hair dryer. There is a 'utility' cupboard which contains iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, rotary washing line and pegs, tea towels, first aid kit, dusters, mop and bucket.
