Farchynys Hall is a historic country house set in lovely landscaped gardens with wonderful views of mountains, river, and sea. Enter this historic house through an oak studded door surrounded by colourful hydrangeas in summer. The arched entrance hall leads into a spacious open plan living area with a comfy pair of sofas, coffee table, television, and traditional wood-burning stove at one end; and a kitchen/dining area at the other. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. Also situated on the ground floor is a games room with a dart board, full size pool table (50p), and electric organ. A Victorian pitch pine staircase leads up from the hallway to the first floor. On this floor there is a delightful 4 poster double bedroom with exquisite pine furniture and a vanity unit. Also on the first floor is a spacious bathroom with wc, hand basin, deep full-size bath and separate shower en suite. The stairway then rises to the second floor where there are two further large bedrooms. One is a bright and sunny double room and the other, a charming twin bedded room; both littered with attractive pitch-pine furniture, Bed linen is provided on all beds, but if towels are requested they are available at an extra charge. The house normally sleeps 6 people but additional beds or cots can be provided on request. The surrounding areao f Snowdonia National Park offers some of the finest walking and sightseeing in Britain.
