Farmhouse sleeping a family of 7 + cot with 2 double bedrooms and 1 Family bedroom with double and single beds, newly modernised tiles bathroom with P shaped bath/shower, shaver socket and towel radiator. Rayburn cooker in Kitchen which provides ample hot water and a "cosy" feel throughout the house. Situated in the small picturesque village of Talybont, 4 miles north of Barmouth and 5 miles south of Harlech nestles between the Cambrian coast bay and the Rhinog mountain ranges, a perfect base to explore the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and surrounding area, and with the added bonus of being within 5 min stroll of clean sandy beach. The area has numerous attractions and activities for walkers/cyclist, families, and couples or for simply relaxing.
