Ripon House is ideally situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park providing an ideal base for exploring this spectacular area. The property has 3 bedrooms consisting of a family room with a king-size bed, a twin room with two single beds and a single room. Also available is a travel cot, 2 pullout single beds and a sofa bed enabling up to 8 people to stay if required. There is a spacious lounge with TV, DVD, video and CD player and a separate dining room with table and chairs to seat up to 8 people (high chair also provided). The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. A modern bathroom provides a bath as well as a separate power shower. The patio has a table and chairs and looks across to a small park with a children's playground. There are also books, children's toys and games, stair gate, 'baby bouncer', local maps and information, supplied for your convenience. Note: The house is a non-smoking property and does not cater for pets. Heating, electricity included. Llanberis lies at the foot of the Llanberis mountain Pass, an area rich in natural beauty & history. With 2 lakes surrounded by mountains, a medieval castle, the National Slate Museum & famous Snowdon Railway, there is plenty to see & do. Within the area are numerous walks & mountains to climb, water sports, pony trekking, cycling, paragliding & diving. Llanberis village has cafes, restaurants, tourist, outdoor & food shops.

Kitchen
The recently modernised kitchen, though compact, has plenty of work surface, colourful wall tiles & easy to clean laminate flooring. It boasts a 5 ring gas hob & oven, separate fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster and electric kettle. The numerous wall & base units contain matching crockery, cutlery for up to 8 people, as well as a variety of cooking & serving dishes. A washing machine is situated in the Utility room, which also houses the combi-boiler and heating controls, vacuum cleaner & other cleaning implements.
Living Room
The characterful, spacious lounge has a beamed ceiling and windows on 2 sides, providing plenty of light. It is fully carpeted and kept cosy with thick, heavy curtains, central heating radiator & electric log fire in the old fireplace. To help you relax even further there is a TV, complete with 'SKY' free view channels, a video, DVD player and CD player. The Ikea sideboard & wall shelves are full of books, games, toys, CD's, DVD's and numerous videos. Maps, guides & information leaflets are provided for your convenience but please return to the house when you have made use of them. The provision of candles, ceiling & table lamps, gives flexibility & a pleasant ambiance to the room.
Other Rooms
The colourful Dining Room lies in between the kitchen & lounge. It can seat 6 people comfortably and a high chair is provided for young babies. It has easy to clean, wooden laminate flooring and leads out through patio doors onto a sunny, slate patio, complete with bench, garden table & chairs.
