Nearby Bwlch y Groes – the highest pass in Wales – leads to the spectacular lakes at Bala and Vyrnwy (RSPB reserve). Dolgellau and Machynlleth are 10 miles Aberdovey and Barmouth 20 miles. Shops 3 miles restaurants and pubs 2 miles.
