Beech Farm House is on the edge of the New Forest close to the Hampshire/Dorset border, three miles from the Georgian town of Lymington, two miles from the sea and beaches from which you can enjoy views of The Isle of Wight and The Needles; both Southampton and Bournemouth are just 18 miles away. The quiet location is ideal as a base for those interested in touring, walking, riding, cycling, sailing or maybe as a romantic hideaway for one of those 'just doing nothing' vacations. The annexe cottage comprises two double bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen-diner and an adjoining 17th century cob living room with wood burning stove. It also boasts your own private walled garden and a private entrance with secure off-road parking. The accommodation is fully centrally heated and double-glazed, has two double-bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bath/shower rooms, luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels as standard, goose down duvets and pillows. Complimentary Gilchrist and Soames soaps, shampoos and creams are also provided for our guests. A welcome hamper containing a selection of locally supplied New Forest products, including freshly made bread, is prepared free of charge for all guests.
