The bungalow is situated in the quiet village of Pennington, two miles form the New Forest National Park and 4 miles from the coast. The only bungalow of its kind built in 2001 to be fully accessible for wheelchairs in the New Forest. Open plan lounge into very accessible kitchen with all modern cooking facilities as well as a dish washer and fridge with ice box. The master bedroom has electric foot and head riser beds and can be used as a 6 foot double or twin beds as they work independently. We also have a list of accessible equipment if required to make any stay more comfortable, including a hoist. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with access down the centre. All bedlinen is supplied as is a bath towel, tea towels and kitchen towel. A large wet room with grap rails, adjustable height wasbasing and an accessible we with access from both side and drop down hand rails. Shower chair, or stool. Gas central heating and electric are included in the tariff. A small cleaning retainer is made on each booking but is returned if cottage is left how it is found. Parking is off road outside door. We accept bookings from non smokers only and sorry no pets. We also have a list of accessible equipment including hoist, wheelchair etc please enquire for full list Situated between the lovely yachting town of Lymington and the New Forest National Park only 2 miles away. Lymington has a chartered market every Saturday and the ferry leaves half hourly summer time to the Isle

Kitchen
Kitchen has split level work tops with space for a wheelchair if required under hob and sink. Full size oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice box. Dishwasher and washer drier. All kitchen utensils supplied as well as tea towels and hand towel. Tumble Drier also available
Living Room
On entering straight into the open plan lounge which has a riser/recliner chair. leather solfa. coffee table, up lighter and reading light. LCD Freeview TV with DVD, books, leaflets, maps and games. WiFi is also available
Other Rooms
A shared tumble drier is available and facilities to charge power chairs etc.
