Ground floor self contained self catering accommodation sleeping 2 in a small cottage in the quiet village of Everton nestled between the beautiful New Forest National Park and an area of unspoilt coastline. Comprises double/twin bedroom (you may choose which configuration of beds you require); shower room with walk in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin; kitchen/diner with facilities for preparing light meals; flower filled south and west facing conservatory; pretty south and west facing courtyard garden with summer house and patio furniture for al fresco eating. Parking immediately outside the front door, grab rails at front door step, shower stool and toilet frame available for those less able. The cottage is centrally heated with solar water heating. Village shop 5 minutes walk. Village pub with fine dining 5 minutes walk. Lively village of Milford on Sea with village green, several pubs and restaurants and sea front promenade 30 minutes walk, or 7 minutes by car. Keyhaven harbour and seaside walks for bird watchers, 30 minutes walk, or 7 minutes by car. Ancient sailing town of Lymington 10 minutes by car, where you may catch a ferry to the Isle of Wight. Christchurch 10 miles, Bournemouth 20 miles, Southampton 25 miles. Exbury Gardens and Beaulieu Motor Museum 20 minutes by car.

Kitchen
The kitchen/diner contains a fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 2 ring hob. It is suitable for preparing light meals. Val will do all dishwashing in her dish washer, just leave it all in her kitchen.
Living Room
The flower filled conservatory is furnished with cane settees and tables so you can relax and contemplate the courtyard garden and maybe watch the sun set while lulled by the sound of the water feature.
