Lynden Lea is a comfortable and well equipped, semi-detached self catering holiday bungalow in a lovely, peaceful rural setting, situated in the hills one mile from the historic market town of Ledbury in Herefordshire. Extensive views from the Iron Age hillfort opposite include the Malvern Hills, Eastnor, Ledbury and the Herefordshire Plain. Malvern is seven miles away and the cathedral cities of Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester are approximately sixteen miles distant. The bungalow stands within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by a network of public footpaths giving access to woodland, open fields and parkland. The town of Ledbury is famous for its half-timbered 'black and white' buildings - The Market Hall, Butchers Row House, The Old Grammar School - and many others. Eating and drinking is well catered for in the town - whether you prefer pubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways or buying local produce to cook for yourself. Lynden Lea sleeps four adults in two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms/WCs. Large comfortable lounge with flatscreen digital freeview TV, large well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, main shower room/WC and porch with tumble dryer and plenty of room for coats and walking boots. WiFi available. Outside there is parking for two cars at the top of the drive right outside the bungalow, lawned garden and patio with chairs and table. Please note: No smoking. Sorry - no children or pets.

Kitchen
The large kitchen is well-equipped with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, large freezer (in seperate storeroom) and fully stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is a large table and chairs for four. Welcome pack with tasters of local food and drink.
Living Room
Large, sunny living room with sofa and two electric reclining armchairs. Large flatscreen TV with digital and Sky freeview and DVD player. Bookcase with large selection of fiction and non fiction books and guides to the local area. Desk - just in case you need to bring your work with you. Free WiFi. Pay phone (free emergency calls and calls to owner, also accepts incoming calls).

Main shower room with WC. Hall with two reclining armchairs. Porch with breakfast table and two chairs, tumble dryer and space for coats and boots/shoes.
