Boat of Garten, a smalll Highland village, is set amongst native Scots pine and magnificent scenery of the cairngorms national Park. There is abundant wildlife and many sporting and leisure activities. Craigowrie Cottage is only minutes walk from the 18-hole golf course or fishing on the Spey and the steam railway. There are great bird watching opportunities and quiet woods and dramatic hillsides to walk, climb or ski. The cottage lies opposite a network of woodland paths. Craigowrie is a self-catering holiday cottage with much character. It is very popular and many of our guests have returned several times. It is minutes walk from the post-office- 2008 winner of Scotland's best small retailer, and 2 restaurants and hotel bar.

The kitchen is well equipped. It has a 4 ring electric hob and separate oven, a microwave, toaster, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The tumble dryer is located in the garage.
