A centrally heated bungalow available all the year for holidays or short lets. Entrance hallway, lounge overlooking Ribblesdale, with TV. Iron and ironing board. One double, one double/twin and one single bedroom. Bathroom with shower and bath. Outside seating with garden furniture. Large private car-park. We are on the edge of the town, looking across fields to the River Ribble yet within five minutes walk of supermarket and train and bus stations. Clitheroe is an attractive market-town built on a ridge and dominated by an ancient castle (with park and museum) at one end and the parish church at the other (10 minutes walk). There are a number of high quality specialist shops. The area is excellent for bird-watching and fishing and on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The kitchen is light and modern and gives onto a small garden. There is a gas/electric cooker and a microwave. There is a large fridge and small washing machine and a dining area. All utensils are provided and settings for five people.
Living Room
The living room has a bow window, with seat, looking across fields to the River Ribble. There are two large sofas, fireplace, coffee table, bookcase and TV.
