The ground floor apartment has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bedside tables etc. The lounge has a Sofa bed that makes into an extra double bed if required, along with po-ang chair, coffee tables and coloured T.V. The Kitchen has an Electric Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle etc. The bathroom has a three piece suite with a shower over the bath. Full Central Heating. Off Road Parking. Regular Bus Service into Leicester, Thurmaston, Melton Mowbray and other areas. The local Syston train station is very convenient for journeys to Leicester City Centre, Loughborough, Nottingjham and many other destinations. Syston has many varied Restaurants, Public Houses and Eating Places along with the local shops and Supermarkets. Syston is on the A.607, and is very close to the A.6 and A.46 which leads onto the M.1.
