THIS ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 2013 ONWARDS ROOKERY NOOK is adjoined to the owners home, and provides the following: Private entrance porch Lounge/dining room with triple aspect windows, facing south onto the garden, with sliding doors onto patio with canopy, table/chairs, built in BBQ. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. TV/DVD/WiFi. Dining table. Kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual paraphernalia associated with a kitchen! The kitchen is open plan from the lounge giving a spacious feel to the accommodation. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room with toilet. LOCATION: Diss is located centrally within East Anglia, giving access to all parts of the wonderful countryside, coastal locations, historical cities and towns. From the well known Norfolk Broads, to chic Southwold & Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast, the ever popular North Norfolk coast line with the crabbing championships and associated delicacy 'Cromer Crabs' (yum yum!) to 'Lovejoy Antiques' country around Lavenham & Clare in mid Suffolk...all these places are suitable for day visits. There are numerous tourist attractions, close by and further afield; Banham Zoo, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, T.W.Gaze Auction House, Thetford Forest to mention a few. If you like walking and cycling there are plenty of cycle routes and walking pathways - Boudicca Way and Angles Way almost next to the house
