The olde coach house, sleeps 4 and is tucked away in the corner, with its own private patio, a sun trap in summer, and a cosy cottage in winter. You enter into the well equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker, and washing machine. Then into a large lounge, dining room, with beams and inglenook, well furnished and comfy. Colour TV and video, a large selection of video’s and books on local interesting places to visit during your stay. Up stairs there are 2 bedrooms one double and a twin. Bathroom with bath, wc, hand basin. 3 acres of garden lead down to the river Waveney. Spring is a beautiful time in the garden with lots of daffodils and snow drops, bluebells and tulips. Garden furniture, BBQ are all available. You can sit down by the river and watch the kingfishers, chub, swans and ducks and if you’re lucky you may even catch a glimpse of the otter recently released onto the river. Fishing is available in season. The anglers way starts a short walk away, you can walk along the footpath that takes you as far as Great Yarmouth, or just short circular walk along the river bank, can recharge your batteries.

Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen, no need to bring the kitchen sink, we have tried to think of everything you will need during your stay. Electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. Towels, Tea Towels, cleaning materials all included.

Large lounge and Dining room, comfy and cosy, night storage heaters in winter. Colour TV/video.
