Semi-detached cottage, part of Victorian farmhouse. Fitted kitchen/diner has dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and ceramic hob cooker. Lounge with woodburner and french windows opening on to patio, Freeview TV and video. Dining room with french windows overlooking garden available with third bedroom seats eight. Upstairs twin bedded room, double bedded room and bathroom with shower over bath. Third bedroom has en suite walk-in shower. Property is quietly situated overlooking saxon church. Near to Thursford Steam Museum and Pensthorpe Wild Fowl Reserve. Fakenham is a small market town with weekly auction room, market, small golf course and race course, ideally situated for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast, eight miles from the small harbour of Wells next Sea with its wide sandy beaches backed by pine woods. Sandringham House, Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall are all stately homes nearby to visit and there are excellent birdwatching facilities at Tichwell, Snettisham and Cley. For evening meals there are numerous character pubs and restaurants and one in the village within walking distance.
