Anchor Terrace is a 2 bedroom house, sleeping up to 4 people. Located in the north of Great Yarmouth close to the beach and the racecourse, approximately 20-25 minutes walk from the town centre. Fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, an ideal holiday home from. No hidden charges, all utilities, linen etc included in the price. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room and w.c. Upstairs there is a master (double) bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The property has full gas central heating and hot water on demand. Outside, at the rear of the property is a fully enclosed, mainly sunny courtyard with flower borders and table & chairs. To the front is a small courtyard leading onto the street. Car parking is on street and free of charge.

The lounge/diner has 2 x 2 seater setees, dining room suite, TV, Freeview, DVD player and music centre. A high chair can be provided (free of charge) if required.
