Hideaway House

Wells is perfect for those seeking a traditional seaside holiday. With a large sandy beach, boating lake, miniature railway and crabbing on the quay, there is much to see and do. The more energetic can enjoy sailing, wind-surfing and walking along the coastal path. The town has excellent shopping, restaurants and pubs. Nearby are Holkham, Burnham Market, Stiffkey. The Georgian town of Holt is within easy reach. The centrally heated accommodation sleeps up to eight. Outside there is a pretty south facing garden with garden furniture and barbecue for summer use. The secure covered entrance is ideal for storing bicycles. Parking for up to three cars is outside the property.

The birght and sunny kitchen has oak flooring. Well-equipped with Smeg range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The separate dining area with french doors to the garden, has a refectory table seating eight.

Double aspect, spacious, comfortable sitting room with French doors to the garden. Woodburner, reclining sofa and chairs. Flat screen television, DVD, Freeview and CD Player. Ample storage with games and books.

Other Rooms

Hall with wooden flooring. The main bedroom has a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
