Ranters

The cottage consists of a spacious sitting room with arch leading through to the dining area. A large kitchen breakfast room with access to the back garden. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with kingsize bed, 1 double with twin beds and the third has bunk beds. A recently refitted bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with electric power shower. Younger guests are catered for with a cot, high chair, stairgate, baby bath and plenty of books and toys. Outside there is a garden with paved patio, ornamental gravel area surrounded by flowering shrubs. There is on road parking to the front and a garage.

Kitchen

A large room, 18' x 9', there is a breakfast table and good quality fitted units. There is a built in electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine. You will find enough pots, pans etc for your holiday needs.

Living Room

The sitting room, 18'6 x 13'9, has two 3 seater sofas and occasional furniture. There is a colour TV, DVD, Digibox, CD player/radio. In addition to the central heating, an electric fire can provide background heating. The dining room is separated by an arch and has an oak dining table with 6 chairs and sideboard, containing a large selection of toys and games.
