Wagtails is an ideal base from which to explore the North Norfolk Coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty(AONB). The bungalow is heated with electric storage heaters plus a log stove and convector heating if extra warmth is needed during the winter. There are additional features such as a playhouse for children in the totally enclosed garden.

The attractive lounge has two settees and an arm chair grouped around the log burning stove, there is a TV, DVD player, CD player and radio plus games, toys and books for all ages.
