Within 12 miles are the glorious sandy beaches of Sea Palling Waxham and Winterton whilst National Trust properties and the picturesque fishing villages bird reserves and seal watching boat trips of the north Norfolk coast are an easy drive. City of Norwich 9 miles. A traditional broads cruiser is sometimes moored in the yacht basin alongside the garden. Shops pubs and restaurants 0.25 miles.
