Taylors Cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance of the centre of Beadnell village where you will find 2 pubs, both serving good food, a cafe with internet access, village store/post office and fish and chip shop. Our bungalow can easily accommodate 4 people plus a baby. A travel cot can be provided. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds with ample storage facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cater for your needs. The bathroom has an overbath electric shower providing unlimited hot water. Heating is provided by night storage heaters and a coal effect electric stove. In our lovely, secluded, lawned rear garden, which catches the sun all day, there is a patio with garden furniture where you can relax or dine al fresco!! A 100 metre walk will take you to the seafront where you can head south to Beadnell harbour and beach stretching to Dunstanburgh Castle or north to the beach leading to Seahouses and Bamburgh Castle. The world famous Farne Islands can be reached by taking a boat trip from Seahouses harbour. Beadnell village is perfectly located to cater for the needs of holidaymakers of all kinds, be they families, walkers, birdwatchers, divers, golfers, watersports enthusiasts or whoever. Our prices are inclusive of all heating, bedding and towels. Kitchen
Overlooking our secluded rear garden, the kitchen contains a gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. It is well stocked with all the utensils, cutlery and crockery needed for a self-catering holiday. A welcome pack consisting of milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee and bottle of wine will be waiting for all of our guests.
Living Room
Taylors Cottage is situated in a small, quiet, residential area of the village, close to all that Beadnell has to offer but maintaining a pleasing measure of privacy for those peaceful moments. Our lounge has two very comfortable sofas, footstool, and dining table for four. For your entertainment there is a 27" flatscreen television with freeview channels and a dvd recorder. Heating in the lounge is provided by an electric coal effect stove and night storage heater. The remainder of our cottage is also heated by night storage heaters. For the benefit of all of our guests, Taylors Cottage is strictly non-smoking throughout. We are sorry but we do not accommodate pets.
Other Rooms
The main bedroom has two large single beds and the second bedroom also has two adult size single beds. There are ample storage facilities in both. A travel cot can be provided for a little one. In the attached garage, reached directly from the kitchen, you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, outside tap and hose. There is parking for one other vehicle on the driveway.
