This detached holiday cottage provides a luxurious central base from which to explore the spectacular Northumberland coastline. Situated within the centre of Seahouses - a lovely coastal village which offers superb views of the nearby Farne Islands - this cottage enjoys a peaceful location at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Formerly the village telephone exchange, this unique property boasts a large open plan living room/kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and an extra double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a shower room with large walk-in shower cubicle. Little Haven has private parking for two cars (a real plus during July and August), and a secluded west-facing rear yard which is guaranteed to trap any sun going. Newly refurbished in March 2008 with brand new furniture and beds, the cottage comes with all mod cons to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Short breaks (from two nights) are available most of the year.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is open plan with the dining room, separated by a beautiful large teak built-in breakfast bar/dining area, and bar-stools complete with backrests. The kitchen boasts: double sink, electric cooker with built-in extractor hood, spotlights, workbench lighting, fridge with freezer box, chrome microwave, kettle and 4-slice toaster.
Living Room
Separated from the kitchen area by the built-in breakfast bar/dining table, the spacious living area is comfort personified, and consists of: electric stove, large Toshiba flatscreen rear projection TV, recordable DVD player, freeview channels and surround sound, modern leather sofa, coffee tables and large corner group sofa bed complete with extra-large footstool. This room is the perfect place in which to relax after busy days out on the beautiful Northumberland coastline.
