Large lounge with leather sofas and patio doors to enclosed patio/garden. 40inch flatscreen tv with skyplus and DVD player. Dining Room with wooden furniture and table to sit 8/10. Dresser with games and cards etc. Large pine bookcase filled with books to suit all ages. Elm fitted kitchen off dining room with double oven/grill, ceramic hob, integral dishwasher and microwave/grill/oven. Large breakfast bar with 4 stools. Flatscreen TV with freeview/sky multiroom. Utility room with washing machine and fantastic drying area by boiler. Separate WC. Master bedroom with luxury fitted mahogany units. Flatscreen TV on bracket with freeview. Ensuite with fully tiled area and electric shower WHB and WC with gold effect fittings. Heated towel rail. Large family room with 6' pine wardrobe double bed and 1 single bed (new decor and carpet for 2009). 1 pretty twin room & 1 double room. Cot and highchair available at no extra charge. Linen and towels available free of charge. Lanes End Lodge is ideal for walkers and cyclists. There are cycling routes under the Landsker Cycling Paths. Coastal path is within 15 minutes drive. The Blue Flag beaches of Saundersfoot & Tenby are approximately 5 miles. Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park (open until 10pm August), Heatherton Country Pursuits, Manor Park Wildlife & Blue Lagoon at Bluestone are all within10min

Elm fitted kitchen installed 2006. Italian slate tiles compliment the dark granite type worktops and wooden units. Large breakfast bar with 4 stools and flatscreen TV with sky multiroom. Eyelevel double oven/grill and ceramic hob. Dishwasher and microwave/grill/oven. Ample stainless steel pots and pans to allow cooking for a large family. Large selection of utensils and crockery etc. from full sets of cutlery to baby spoons. Picnic equipment provided.

Living Room

Spacious lounge with quality fittings and chandelier lighting. Large comfy leather sofas to watch the 40" flatscreen TV with skyplus and DVD player. Gas fire set in the stone hearth. Table lamp and standard lamp as additional lighting. Selection of occasional tables. Patio Doors leading to garden and BBQ area.

Other Rooms

Utility room with auto washing machine work tops and units. Boiler with fantastic drying area on suspended Victorian airier. Separate WC. Hanging space for coats. Small shed outside for bikes etc.
