Lintrose stands amidst glorious acres with giant specimen trees swathes of wild flowers formal gardens drives and a mill waterfall. And sharing this loveliness Garden View (shown right in photograph) which adjoins this grand house makes a wonderfully relaxing holiday base with complete freedom to walk and explore these grounds. Within an easy drive Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are well worth a visit walkers and cyclists can explore the beautiful glens and many golf courses lie within 30 minutes' drive. Cycle hire horse riding tennis and distilleries are nearby and trout fishing can be arranged. Pub serving food and shops 1½ miles. Perth and Dundee are both about 12 miles.
