Situated in the centre of East Horrington within an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Dairy is just 2 miles from the centre of Wells and within easy reach of Glastonbury, Cheddar, Longleat, Wookey Hole, Shepton Mallet, Bristol and Bath. The Dairy provides light, spacious accommodation with stripped reclaimed pine flooring, exposed beams, antique furnishings, paintings and rugs. It is next door to the owner’s Grade II listed 14th century farmhouse. Parking available for one car. Post box. Small private patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Use of part of main garden. Accommodation: Large double bedroom furnished with antique pine and bathroom en suite. Full central heating. Phone sockets. TV/DVD. Washing line at top of garden alongside vegetable garden (produce free to guests). Eating out is pure pleasure in and around Wells. There are many pubs, fine restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops and tea rooms and something to tickle the fancy of all tastes.
