Adjoining the owners’ home yet with its own private entrance it enjoys shared use of their garden which lies above water meadows with the River Blyth beyond. Traditional market towns (Halesworth with its charming blend of old and new buildings is just 2 miles) Heritage coast sailing and RSPB Minsmere are a short drive. Farm shop and pub 0.5 miles.
