Adjoining the owners’ home it sits within easy reach of a host of attractions including boat trips from the harbour in the quaint town of Woodbridge (3.5 miles) Sutton Hoo (NT) and Orford Castle. Bird watchers will be sure to head to RSPB Minsmere and a visit to nearby Adleburgh is a must not only to see the striking shell sculpture on the beach but also to sample the fish and chips for which the little town is famous. Snape Maltings shopping village and concert hall is also within an easy drive as is Southwold with its charming pier and summer theatre. Golf and fishing are found nearby. Village shop and pub 0.5 miles.
