One mile from the sailing village of Bosham, 4 miles from Chichester and Goodwood. 14 miles from Portsmouth. Excellent countryside for walking, cycling and riding. Well equipped fitted Kitchen. Downstairs toilet with hand basin. Lounge with fireplace, T.V. and video. Spacious entrance Hall/Library. First floor has 2 twin bedded Bedrooms and third Bedroom with double bed. Large Bathroom with bath/shower. Walled garden front and back, and off road parking. Linen, blankets, towels, electricity and heating are included. The Cottage will accommodate 6 people very comfortably.
