The cottage is fully furnished and would ideally suit 1 to 2 couples, or a family, looking for a City centre base with character and ambience. All rooms have original exposed oak beams. Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. The cottage is on 3 floors - the attic top floor has a double bed and pull out futon sofa, suitable for 5th person. There is a tiny south facing courtyard with some pot plants and small bistro table & 2 chairs. This self catering property is close to Theatre and Cathedral and in the heart of the shopping and eating area of Chichester.
