Car parking and driveway to door with fitted sensor outside lighting. Keypad entry. Thermostatically controlled under floor heating with ceramic tile flooring and rugs. Luxury & tasteful soft furnishings and décor using interior designer. Wifi and internet access. Use of large trampoline plus paddling pool, & BBQ on request. Availability of high chair & travel cot & baby sitting possible on request. Good wheelchair access.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is fully equipped for self-catering to include combi-microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, iron & ironing board. White crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Oak units & all worktops are granite with stainless steel sink and brushed aluminium fixtures. (see website for photos).
Living Room
Open plan & spacious living area with Italian leather sofa, flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview. Oak dining table & chairs. Books, magazines and DVDs & games available for use.(Please request on booking what you like). A wonderful place to relax with garden views to south and Goodwood fields, where sheep often graze, to the west.

En-suite shower room with automatic fan, mist-free illuminating mirror and walk-in shower. Tiled floor and walls. Electric towel rail. Use of BBQ, trampoline & paddling pool in summer.
