Haven cottage consists of a living room, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a delightful south facing cottage garden to the front of the property and a pretty enclosed courtyard garden to the rear. The cottage has been tastefully furnished and well equipped to reflect the period of the property and to ensure your holiday experience is happy and trouble free. The property is ideally situated for exploring Eastbourne and its surrounding areas. Old Town has a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the cottage. The town centre and seafront are about a mile from the Cottage and can be reached on foot or by a short bus journey. The town centre has a wide variety of shops, theatres and amenities including the pier, the bandstand and the famous carpet gardens. Haven Cottage as the name suggests is a peaceful haven away from bustling busy life where guests can relax, read, and listen to music. Further afield, Brighton lies 25 miles to the west and Hastings 20 miles to the east. Eastbourne and the surrounding area have many restaurants, cafes and pubs with food outlets. Many of the hotels also have restaurants open to non-residents.

Kitchen
There is a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and fridge. The kitchen has a good supply of crockery and utensils, pots and pans. There is a table and four chairs in the kitchen. From the kitchen there is a door to the courtyard garden which is ideal for al freco meals.
Living Room
The beamed living room is beautifully furnished with some antique pieces. There is an exposed brick fireplace and a window overlooking the pretty cottage garden. The living room has a TV, Video and CD player.
