There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower room, hallway/dressing area and a dining area which overlooks the Stratford canal as it flows towards the bridge to join the river Avon in Bancroft Basin in front of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. All linen, towels and electricity is included in the rental rate. You will find the studio equipped with many extras including books, videos, DVDs and CDs. There is an electronic safe for your security. The kitchen has a breadmaker, espresso machine, champagne bucket and even an oyster knife and lobster/seafood set, everything for that romantic evening in, made easier with Marks and Spencer's food hall just across the road! A picnic basket and chairs are provided for open air performances or just relaxing by the river or in the apartment's small, shared canalside garden. We have tried to think of everything anyone could need for a holiday or a short break and comments in our guest book say that we have. We offer short breaks of either 3 night weekend or 4 night midweek but we do attempt to be flexible to meet guests needs as much as much as possible. On arrival you will be met and shown the studio which will have been fully serviced and prepared for you thus enabling you to ask any questions about the accommodation but you will find a comprehensive information folder in the studio.

Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with full-size electric cooker with double oven. There is also a microwave oven. It is fully equipped for any occasion.
Living Room
The living room area is comfortable for relaxation and dining. At night, it converts into an equally comfortable bedroom with its state of the art full-size double sofa bed, with room for bedside tables. The availability of lamps and dimmer switch enables a complete change of atmosphere.
Other Rooms
The hallway, with its large Victorian pine dresser, fitted wardrobe and mirrors, can be used as a dressing area.
