A stone built double fronted village cottage which has two double bedrooms one twin bedroom, room for six people. It is centrally heated, double glaised and comfortably furnished. The entrance from the High Street leads to two reception rooms, a hall, downstairs toilet, kitchen and snug room. Upstairs there is the bathroom and twin bedroom facing the open country to the rear, the two double bedrooms at the front face the fields and cliffs, sea and old railway line walkway to Whitby. There is off street car parking at the rear. Cloughton Village is not far from the sea. It has lots of good walks nearby. There are two pubs in the village, a cafe and hotel, post office and church. Supermarkets and shopping is not far away at nearby Scarborough.

A large fitted kitchen with table and chairs for six. It has a fridge, washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, and crockery. There are lots of cupboards, shelves drawers and storage space. The Oil fired C/H boiler is in the kitchen.

The main living room is to the front of the house. It has beamed ceiling wooden floor, open fire, radiator and three piece suite.
